Hi all,

I'd appreciate y'all taking a look at the redesigned website I have.

Look for things like:

1. How easy is it to find things.
2. Ideas for more content
3. What you like and don't like
4. What would make the site better to visit

Remember, it's a running site primarily but I want it to be interesting to non runners as well.

Maybe you could give me a pair of your sweaty unclean biker shorts. I could use those for one of my cache, and then the advertising alone would bring traffic to your site. I like it. Are you saying you WON the Heart Mini-Marathon 15K? I mean like your name is next to the number "1", so like folks might think you actually won it ya know. Of course you're a marathon coach so maybe it's true?

Howzabout a feature like "axe the coach" ya know like newbies could axe questions and get answers? I have one, but it's about shoes so maybe I should just axe the folks at Fleet Feet? (I'm in a violent mood. [img]wink.gif[/img] )

I don't like the "MN" logo though - if that relates to "Marathonrunner.Net" it's not obvious.

D2 agrees with you, Lan, about the MN. She says is looks like Minnesota to her!

Raven, I'll take you up on the logo design. It has to be running oriented though. But take a shot. You're a ton more creative than I am.

Made some changes. Thanks to Raven for the logo design. Now get cracking on that banner kid! [img]wink.gif[/img]

Am working on the "axe the coach" feature. I'm working on installing THIS BBS system that you might find useful. It won't be a substitue for this site here as the backend server isn't strong enough to handle the throughput.

I am also adding a password protected page for the CDS get together. You will be able to access it off the News page (it's not available yet) and can see who will be coming to the even and who won't.

I also plan on installing some polls to get feedback on the site (like I"m doing here) on what you'd like to see and what you don't like.

It's a work in progress. Comments???
